 CLEANUP CHECKLIST

Bathroom Cleanup Checklist--Check Off As You Go!

  • Clean mirror and give it a streak-free shine with GLASS PLUS® Glass Cleaner.


  • Clean out inside of medicine cabinet and linen closet.


  • Clean out the trashcan and don’t forget to disinfect it.


  • Shake out bathroom rugs. Check on care tag to see if the bathroom rugs are machine-washable and read the laundry instructions. Pre-treat rug stains with a laundry pre-treatment or stain remover. If the rugs are not machine-washable, spot cleaning should do the trick.


  • Sweep and mop the floor.


  • Clean bathroom counter tops and sink with disinfectant wipes. Don’t forget to give your chrome or stainless steel bathroom fixtures a brilliant shine with SILVO® Multi-Purpose Metal Polish.


  • Dust ceilings, vents and fans.


  • Replace shower curtain liner. Wash linens, shower curtain, draperies, blinds.


  • Clean bathtub and shower area. If your bathtub is too dirty, consider using a heavy duty spray cleanser and let it sit for a while. Use a drain cleaner if the tub drain is clogged up.


  • Clean inside and outside of toilet. Be sure to use a good cleaner that disinfects your toilet bowl also. Try LYSOL® Deep Reach Toilet Bowl Cleaner to kill germs and remove limescale and rust through the ‘S’ bend.


  • Use disinfectant spray around your bathroom to kill the last of the remaining germs.
