Q:   Can each CLING FREE® Fabric Softener Sheet be used more than once?

A:   No.  Each sheet is designed to be used once.

Q:   Is the product safe for septic systems?

A:   No.  CLING FREE® Fabric Softener Sheets should not be flushed in a toilet causing them to enter the septic.  They should be tossed with regular trash.

Q:   Is the product biodegradable?

A:   No. CLING FREE® Fabric Softener Sheet should be disposed of with usual trash.

Q:   After using CLING FREE® Fabric Softener Sheets some of my clothing appears to have oily looking spots. What can I do?

A:   Any spots or stains caused by the high heat and CLING FREE® Fabric Softener Sheets can be removed by wetting and spot rubbing the area with bar soap, rinsing and re-washing.  The temporary markings can also be removed using a laundry pre-spotter, such as SPRAY ‘N WASH®.  Apply the product according to label directions.  After doing so, wash the items in the warmest water recommended for the fabric.  To avoid spotting when using CLING FREE® by YES® Fabric Softener Sheets, use a lower dryer heat setting and/or shorter drying time.  Be sure not to overload the dryer.

Q:   My clothing is still full of static, why?

A:   Static can occur if the temperature of the dryer is too warm for the article being dried or if the garment is dried too long.  Try using a lower dryer setting or shorter drying time.

Q:   My clothing is full of wrinkles after drying, why?

A:    Wrinkling can occur if the temperature of the wash or rinse water is hot or if the garment is dried for a long period of time at a high temperature setting.  If clothes are dried in an overloaded dryer, they do not tumble freely and can become wrinkled.  Also, to reduce wrinkling, it is important to remove permanent press items from the dryer as soon as it stops.

Q:   Can I use more than one dryer sheet at a time?

A:   Yes, for larger loads or extra freshness and fragrance, add an extra sheet.

Q:   Can CLING FREE® Fabric Softener Sheets be used in the washing machine?

A:   No, CLING FREE® by YES® Fabric Softener Sheet was developed for use in the dryer only. You won't get the same level of softening or static control if you use dryer sheets in the washer.

Q:   Where can I find the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for CLING FREE® Fabric Softener Sheets?
