Crispy Parmesan Chicken Fingers

- 1 1/3 cups FRENCH’S® Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken tenders
Directions
1. Crush French Fried Onions in plastic bag with hands or rolling pin.
2. Combine mayonnaise and cheese. Brush mixture on chicken. Dip into onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on baking sheet.
3. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
Tip: If pre-cut chicken tenders are not available, substitute boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch wide strips.
