1. ELIGIBILITY.  “The Touch Up Your Home” Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington D.C. who are at least 18 years of age or older as of December 12, 2007  (“Entrants”).  Sweepstakes is sponsored by Reckitt Benckiser , 399 Interpace Pwky,Parsippany,NJ,07054-0225 (“Sponsor”) and administered by E-centives, Inc., 6901 Rockledge Drive, Bethesda MD 20817 (“Administrator”) (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”). Void where prohibited by operation of law. Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives of Sweepstakes Entities or the promotion and advertising agencies of any aforementioned entities, and their immediate family members and those living in their household, and each person or entity connected with the production or administration of the Sweepstakes, and each parent company, affiliate, subsidiary, agent and representative of any aforementioned entity are not eligible.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD.  The Sweepstakes begin on December 12, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), and ends on February 6, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will conduct eight (8) consecutive weekly drawings (“Weekly Drawings”) of all qualified entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, except for the entry or entries selected in a previous Weekly Drawing.  Qualified entries not selected in a Weekly Drawing will roll over to the next Weekly Drawing.

3. HOW TO ENTER.  Online entries only.  Log on to one the following sites: www.homesolutionsnews.us; www.easyoffbam.us; www.glassplus.com; www.oldenglishpolish.com; www.rid-x.com and www.woolite.com anytime during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the directions to enter the Sweepstakes.  A simple online registration is required to enter the Sweepstakes. Returning entrants can enter using a return registration form, but cookies must be enabled.  All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period as determined by the computer time on Sponsor’s server. Incomplete, garbled, or otherwise illegible entries are void and will not be accepted.  Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or corrupted entries. Entries become the property of the Sponsor, and are subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at http://www.homesolutionsnews.us/privacy.shtml and will not be acknowledged or returned.  Only information contained in the winning entries will be released to Sponsor.  Entries limited to one (1) per natural person and/or email address per day.

4. ODDS. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION.   Each qualified entry received during the Sweepstakes Period and that has not otherwise been already selected in a prior Weekly Drawing will be entered into a weekly random drawing for prizes, according to the dates provided. On each of the eight (8) Weekly Drawing Dates, one (1) entrant (“Selected Entrant”) will be selected at random by a representative of Sweepstakes Entities from among all eligible entries received by that Weekly Drawing date, for the weekly Prize, as outlined below. The Selected Entrants will be notified by phone, email and/or mail in Sponsor’s discretion.  All Selected Entrants will be required to respond (as directed) within 72 hours of attempted notification.  The failure to respond timely to the notification may result in forfeiture of the prize and, in such case, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate chosen entrant from among the remaining eligible entries.  Each selected entrant may also be sent an affidavit of eligibility / liability / publicity release (“Release”).  Except where prohibited by law, Selected Entrants must allow Sponsor to use their name, picture, and winning story for marketing purposes. The Selected Entrants’ names may be published on Sponsor’s web sites in the form of a first and last name. Unless restricted by law, each Selected Entrant will be required to complete and return the Release within the time period specified therein. An alternate selected entrant may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries if a selected entrant:  (i) cannot be reached; (ii) fails to obtain all signatures on the Release and to return the documents in a timely manner as required pursuant to these Official Rules; or (iii) cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason.  Selected Entrants will receive the Weekly Prize by mail within thirty (30) days of the Drawing Date (exact timing subject to change based upon availability of Prize). Prizes shall only be mailed in the United States.  In the event of a dispute about the identity of an entrant, each entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. 

6. PRIZES. If eligible under these Official Rules, each Weekly Selected Entrant will have the choice of receiving one of three types of gift cards worth $1,000: a gift card for home repair and maintenance services through Mr.Handyman® nationwide service (www.mrhandyman.com) ;  a gift card for maid services through Molly Maid® nationwide service (www.mollymaid.com); an American Express® gift card. If a winner’s residence is not in an area of service for either Molly Maid® or Mr. Handyman® then prize will be awarded automatically in form of American Express® gift card. Total ARV of Prizes: $8,000. 

Selected Entrants are not entitled to any surplus between actual retail value of prize and stated ARV and any difference between stated ARV and actual value of the prize will not be awarded. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of prize, provided however that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason.  Selected Entrants are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on Prize and other unspecified expenses related to Prize. All activities related to the Prize are at the Selected Entrants’ own risk and subject to whatever restrictions are imposed by the entities that govern activities.

CONDITIONS. All federal, state or other tax liabilities (including income taxes) arising from this Sweepstakes will be the sole responsibility of Selected Entrant.  As a condition of receiving prize, Selected Entrants may be required to provide Sponsor with photographs or testimonials of the party conducted using the Prize package selected by the winner, for use and display in Sponsor’s advertising and marketing materials, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Sponsor has the right, but not the obligation, to use photographs, free of charge, in its advertising and promotions materials.   Except where prohibited, Selected Entrants may be asked to provide appropriate releases for use of photographs.  Except where prohibited by law, the Selected Entrant's entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use said winner's name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and city and state address for promotional or advertising purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, now or hereafter known, in perpetuity, without review, permission or further compensation. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws of the United States.  By participating, Selected Entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sweepstakes Entities and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules.  Selected Entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims, damages, disability, attorneys' fees, and costs of litigation and settlement, as well as any liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from redemption, acceptance, possession, ownership, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in the Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention or other causes beyond Sweepstakes Entities’ control, corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes.  Sweepstakes Entities may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning prize if, in their sole discretion, they determines such entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players or Sweepstakes Entities’ representatives. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.  SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

7. PRIVACY. All personal information collected by Sweepstakes Entities will be used for administration of the Sweepstakes. In addition, entrants shall receive email correspondence from, or on behalf of the Sponsor, subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.   Sponsor uses reasonable commercial efforts to comply with Federal CAN-SPAM guidelines, and entrants may subsequently opt-out of receiving further emails by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. 8. WINNER’S LIST AND SWEEPSTAKES RULES.  To obtain a copy of these official rules or a winners’ list within 90 days of the close of the Sweepstakes, send your request and a self addressed stamped envelope to “Touch Up Your Home” Sweepstakes, E-centives, Inc., 6901 Rockledge Drive, Bethesda MD 20817. Selected Entrant’s lists will be sent once all Selected Entrants have been verified and prize(s) has/have been awarded.
